The Super Marketing Award for Excellence recognises and rewards the achievement of marketing professionals within the Representative (Not-for-Profit) Superannuation Industry.
This award is open to individuals and teams whose role is to participate in the marketing of their fund.
CEOs and/or Fund Secretaries of AIST member funds are required to endorse the nomination of one of their Marketing staff or team for this award.
The CEO and/or Fund Secretary can delegate responsibility for the nomination to their selected representative to complete the relevant documentation.

Individual
- Marketing Manager
- Marketing Executive
- Marketing Coordinator
- Website development staff
- Marketing support staff
- Any other employees working in marketing area
Team
- Marketing Team
- Website development Team
CEOs and/or Fund Secretaries should consider which individual or team has demonstrated the following characteristics throughout the year:

Judges will be looking for the following aspects:
- Demonstration of clear understanding of goals and purpose of the their role within the organisation
- Strives for continuous improvement in their role
- Ability to manage a difficult situation or task to positive resolution
- Commitment to exceeding customer needs
- Meeting key performance indicators

The individual or team winner of the Super Marketing Award for Excellence will be presented with a $5,000 scholarship to be used for professional development. This award is to commemorate their achievement and will be presented at the Awards for Excellence Gala Event in Melbourne, at the Sofitel Melbourne On Collins on Tuesday 14th December from 6:30pm to 11:00pm.
